Pepper is from Littlefield, Texas and has been happily married to her husband of 25 years, Jamie. She is the proud mother of two, Kristopher and Shelby, who are the lights of her life.

Pepper thoroughly enjoys her work and gets great pleasure from helping clients establish programs that benefit both them and their employees. As Vice President of Risk Management, Pepper executes Gibraltar's mission by identifying both current and new opportunities to address client’s risks, reduce their costs and help improve their business practices.
