Shirley Kountz
Risk Advisor
Shirley was raised on a farm in Ackerly, TX and is blessed with wonderful Christian parents who taught her to work hard and always be proud of her accomplishments. Along with her husband Van, a track and basketball coach, they have had the fortune of raising two beautiful daughters. Shirley has been with Gibraltar since its beginning and in her spare time enjoys exercising and spending time with her grandchildren.
As a Personal Lines Risk Advisor, it is Shirley’s responsibility to provide risk management strategies under our Executive Personal Lines Division. Shirley's ability to treat each client like they are her only client sets her apart from her competition. Shirley's initial priority is to promote The Gibraltar Group, using resources to educate each client about risk but her ultimate goal is to earn the client's trust and loyalty.
