Cynthia was born and raised in Levelland, Texas and is blessed with a wonderful family. She is the proud mom of her 18-year-old son, who is her pride and joy. When she is not keeping our CEO organized and focused she enjoys shopping and singing at church.

As Executive Assistant, it is Cynthia's responsibility to provide high-level administrative support in all areas of our CEO's day-to-day operations. She is the foundation that allows Brandt to constantly provide guidance to employees and clients. Cynthia's deep background in insurance and risk management is instrumental in helping Brandt manage his client's. She is successful in her role because of her analytical thought process and her ability to keep smiling and role with the punches.
