AJ was born in Las Vegas, Nevada and raised in Fresno, California until moving to Lubbock, Texas at the age of fifteen. He is a passionate person and gets great energy from striking-up conversations with new people, which says a lot about his retail and customer service expertise.  AJ is a caring person and fits the Gibraltar mold when it comes to value, hard work and loyalty.  

As an Assistant Client Advocate, it is AJ’s responsibility to keep the moving parts going for our Client Advocates. AJ's responsibilities include the monitoring of claims, contract compliance, NCCI Modifiers and insurance program administration. He is excited about his involvement in our RiskIMPACT™ process, as he truly believes we can assist our clients in becoming safer and stronger organizations.
